What is Attorney client privilege?
When you need help and advice you shouldn't have to worry that explaining your situation and telling your attorney the truth will jeopardize the privacy of that information. Attorney client privilege protects you from having your private information repeated or shared with any third parties without your consent. Attorney client privilege is a privilege held by the client and waive-able by the client. There are exceptions to the attorney client privilege, and there are actions that will waive that privilege, but unless confronted with one of those situations, we cannot and will not disclose the information that you provide to us.
